1. Zero Server Upload Policy

At HelpMini, your privacy is our top priority. All our web utilities operate 100% client-side directly within your web browser. Your uploaded images, financial figures, text snippets, and document files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any remote server.

2. Optional Account Information

Our tools remain available without registration. If you voluntarily create an account, we store your email address, display name, a one-way salted password hash, and account creation time. We never store your plaintext password or payment card details.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local browser storage for site preferences and a secure, HttpOnly cookie to keep registered users signed in.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and feature usage. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not send uploaded files, tool input content, account passwords, or payment details to Google Analytics. You can restrict analytics through your browser privacy settings or content-blocking tools.
